Cancel and payment

Canceling, changing how you pay, and checking receipts all happen on the same payment page (Stripe). Manage subscription inside the app is the button that opens that page. It is separate from a new signup (New subscription).

Open it

1. Open Settings at the top right of Feelism
2. Under Billing, press Manage subscription
3. The payment page opens in the browser

To press this button, a License key has to be pasted in. When the field is empty, the button cannot be pressed.

Cancel

On the payment page, choose cancel. Cancel lasts through the end of the current period. It is not a day-by-day refund. You can use the period you paid for until the end. Even when we refund, the refund does not go past the last month of fees (Terms of Use).

During that time, leave the key in place. If you clear the key field in the app, paid tunes lock immediately.

When you come back, press Apply once under Settings → Billing. The status is read again, and you see a line like “Canceled. Auto-renew is off. Keep the key. You can play paid tunes until (date).”

After the period ends

• Paid tunes and imported tunes no longer play. You can still read the charts, as before
• Practice forms and free tunes still play
• Imported chart files, chord rewrites, recordings, and settings stay (Data folder)
• To use it again, start from New subscription. Paste the new key

How you pay, and receipts

Changing the card, billing history, and receipts are on the same payment page. Card details do not stay on Feelism’s side.

Price

The Windows version is $4.99 per month (outside Japan). The amount shown on the payment page is what you are charged. A phone version will have a different price later.
